Bullseye Scale Company ships scales and balances exclusively to business addresses and does not provide shipping services to residential addresses.
Thank you for choosing Bullseye Scale. We strive to ship orders within 1-3 business days, although sometimes lead times can extend longer. For specific item availability and shipping times, don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.
Our free shipping policy includes UPS Ground and standard LTL truck shipping for quantity orders and remote floor scales. This policy applies to the contiguous 48 states in the USA only. Additional charges may apply for other shipping methods, and rural or driver-assisted deliveries. For orders from Alaska and Hawaii, shipping charges will be calculated and added to the order after placement.
Please note that prices are subject to change. We accept exchanges of equipment within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, provided that the exchanged equipment is in new condition with original factory packaging. A Return Authorization is necessary for shipping, and freight charges for exchanges are the customer's responsibility. We do not accept returns of broken or damaged equipment, and a restocking fee may apply to missing accessories or used equipment. Special orders and custom programming are not eligible for exchange. Our products come with a limited warranty covering design or quality defects. However, damage or accidents are not covered under warranty. Customers must obtain approval and a Return Authorization for any warranty claims, and shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
