Checkweighing scales are a great way to ensure that you consistently deliver the correct amount and weight at any given time. Set your upper and lower weight limits on a check-weigher and weigh your packages to know whether they are within tolerance with a red, green, or yellow light, buzzer, or other indicators on the display or adjacent light pole. Check weighers are very effective in fast-paced weighing environments. Static check weighers weigh products manually with the operator placing the weight on the scale. In-motion check weighers automatically move the weight across the scale and can keep the in-tolerance weights moving or be rejected or stopped if out of tolerance.
